Depending on the piston design, Vertex construction may include forged 2618 aluminum for superior strength or gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicon content for a lightweight, strong replacement.
The Vertex VTK23630B-2 kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, top-end gaskets, and wrist pin bearing or cam chain where applicable.
