Purchasing Gift Certificates/Store Credit
Gift Certificate/Store Credit are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased a code will be sent to the recipient's email, which can be used to redeem credit into their personal Store Credit Account. If the recipient have funds in their Store Credit Account, they will notice that the amount now shows in the account page
How to send Gift Certificate
Before you add the Gift Certicate product to the cart, make sure to fill up the "Recipient Email Address" attribute
Buying with Gift Certificate/Store Credit
When you go through checkout, when selecting your payment method, you will see the "Apply Credit Balance" option
Redeeming Gift Certificate
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Gift Certificate Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference.
- Redeem by clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store\'s Redeem Certificate page. you will the be requested to create an account, before the Gift Certificate is validated and placed in your Gift Certificate Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
